Greg Longstreet

President & Chief Executive Officer

Greg brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the food industry with three leading CPG companies: Hormel Foods, Dole Food Company, and Del Monte Foods. He joined Del Monte Foods as President & CEO in 2017 and has led the innovation and expansion of the company’s portfolio of iconic brands. Greg has driven the company’s successful expansion into new product categories and new distribution channels while leading the transformation of the supply chain into a more efficient and modern manufacturing network. These initiatives have generated significant revenue and margin growth resulting in improved profitability and lower leverage. He is a graduate of Michigan State’s Eli Broad School of Business and the USC Marshall Business School - Food Industry Management.

Flavia Landsberg

Flavia Landsberg

Chief Financial Officer

Flavia oversees the management of Del Monte Foods' financial organization. She has more than 35 years of financial management and leadership experience with deep expertise in consumer packaged goods, agricultural businesses, supply chain finance and business transformations. Flavia most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for North Carolina based Pyxus International. Prior to joining Pyxus, she spent much of her career with Bunge, one of the world’s largest agribusiness, food, and ingredients companies where she progressed through financial leadership roles across multiple global business units. Flavia is a graduate of Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business, New York University.

William Sawyers

General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

William (Bill) first came to Del Monte Foods between 1993 and 2001 and rejoined the company in 2014 as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. Bill also oversees regulatory affairs and real estate. He holds over 30 years of general counsel experience including time with Shearman & Sterling, LLP in NYC, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, and Ernest Gallo Clinic & Research Center. Bill is a graduate of Williams College and holds a law degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Matt Beliveau

Matt Beliveau

Chief Human Resources Officer

Matt leads human resources for Del Monte Foods. He brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience at public and private companies in the CPG industry. Prior to joining the company in 2022, Matt served as CHRO for Sara Lee Frozen Bakery. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Anderson School of Management. Matt is also a third-generation veteran and served in the U.S. Army from 1997 to 2001, attaining the rank of Captain.

 David Stis

David Stis

Chief Commercial Officer

David leads all commercial business units, which include integrated marketing, sales, innovation, customer service, consumer insights and business development functions for Del Monte Foods. He has had a successful and progressive career, including 22 years at PepsiCo/Frito Lay where he served as Vice President of Sales in various roles. Additionally, David served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Glanbia Performance Nutrition, and most recently, as Vice President of Sales for Dean Foods, and was a member of the board of directors for Good Karma Foods. David earned both his bachelor's degree and MBA from Indiana University.

Daniela Vonghia

Daniela Vonghia

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Daniela leads R&D and our supply chain and operations teams, including all U.S. manufacturing and quality programs. She has nearly 30 years of experience in the food industry with expertise in supply chain management, engineering, manufacturing, R&D, and business operations. The majority of Daniela’s career has been spent in supply chain leadership roles with Campbell’s including Vice President Manufacturing and Vice President Americas Supply Chain Business Development roles. She most recently served as Vice President Operations with Shearer’s Foods and Vice President Manufacturing for Weston Foods, where she directed multiple manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Canada. She also managed delivery of safety, quality, cost, volume, and service results for all U.S. and Canadian customers. Daniela is a graduate of University of Toronto.

Jeanette Naughton

Jeanette Naughton

VP Strategy, Communications, and ESG

Jeanette leads ESG, communications and the strategic planning function for the company. Prior to joining Del Monte Foods in 2015, Jeanette worked at Google as an Operations Manager working on various projects including the Book Scanning Project and Google Shopping Express. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and received an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
