Meet our senior leadership team.
Greg has over 27 years CPG leadership experience at three leading companies: Hormel Foods, Dole Foods, and Del Monte Foods. Greg leads the continued growth, innovation, and transformation journey of Del Monte Foods and its family of brands: Del Monte® Contadina®, College Inn®, and S&W®. At Hormel Foods, Greg served as President & CEO of two large wholly owned subsidiaries and led the successful integration of three acquisitions. He also held commercial leadership roles such as Vice President Sales & Business Development, Vice President Foodservice, and Director of Marketing & Innovation at Dole Food Company. He is a graduate of Michigan State’s Eli Broad School of Business and the USC Marshall Business School - Food Industry Management Program.
Bibie leads innovation, marketing and R&D for Del Monte Foods’ powerful portfolio of brands. She has over 20 years of CPG marketing leadership experience with many well-known and respected brands at General Mills and Campbell’s, and laundry and home care at Henkel. Prior to joining our company in 2018, Bibie served as VP of Marketing, Head of Laundry Conditioners and Home Care at Henkel. She was also responsible for Henkel’s omni-channel and visual branding departments. She is a graduate of Amherst College and received her MBA from Dartmouth.
Eric oversees all aspects of human resources and human capital strategy, as well as corporate communications and sustainability. Prior to joining Del Monte Foods in 2019, he served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Blue Diamond Growers. With extensive human resources experience in the CPG industry, Eric previously held progressive leadership roles at Frito-Lay/PepsiCo and at Nestlé Dreyer’s. He is a graduate of Long Beach State University and received his M.A. from San Diego State University.
William (Bill) first came to Del Monte Foods between 1993 and 2001 and rejoined the company in 2014 as General Counsel &Chief Compliance Officer. He holds over 30 years of general counsel experience including time with Shearman & Sterling, LLP in NYC, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, and Ernest Gallo Clinic & Research Center. Bill is a graduate of Williams College and holds a law degree from University of California, Berkeley.
Parag holds the role of CFO of Del Monte Philippines, Inc. and Group CFO of our parent company, Del Monte Pacific Limited, in addition to his current role as COO of Del Monte Foods, Inc. He has over 25 years of management and finance experience spanning planning and controllership, performance management, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, IT and human resources. He leads our Financial Operations, Treasury, Information Technology and Procurement teams. Before Del Monte, he was with Carlsberg Asia for more than a year and supported efficiency and effectiveness programs across the Asian and African regions. Prior to Carlsberg, he was with HJ Heinz for 20 years and held leadership positions in Asia Pacific regions in finance, IT and human resources. Parag earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from Aligarh Muslim University in India.
Ashish leads our supply chain transformation including manufacturing, transportation and logistics, supply and demand planning, as well as engineering. He brings more than 30 years of experience, with leadership positions at prominent consumer packaged goods companies, including Pinnacle Foods, Church & Dwight Co., Clairol, and Dannon. Prior to joining our company, Ashish served as Vice President, Supply Chain Strategies & Manufacturing Transformation for Pinnacle Foods. Ashish is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology. He received a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Buffalo and an MBA in Finance from Syracuse University.
David leads sales growth and business development including retail grocery and foodservice for Del Monte Foods. He has had a successful and progressive career, including 22 years at PepsiCo/Frito Lay where he served as Vice President of Sales in various roles. Additionally, David served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Glanbia Performance Nutrition, and most recently, as Vice President of Sales for Dean Foods. At Dean, he led their national account organization representing $3 billion in annual revenue. David earned both his bachelor's degree and MBA from Indiana University.
